Terms of Use
These Terms of Use applies to the use of services and information available in the Lucy Menstrual-Period and Ovulation Calendar Application (the “Application”).
The maintainer and operator of the Application: Yourcode Lab Kft., 1065 Budapest, Bajcsy-Zsilinszky köz 2. 6. em. 5., 01-09-307982, Budapest Court of Registration, (hereinafter: “Service Provider”)
After downloading the Application, upon login with or without registration these Terms of Use and Data Policy of the Application are accepted by the user (hereinafter: “User”), as an acknowledgement to be binding on him / her and which take effect immediately upon first login. Without the acceptance of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, the Application may not be used.
Users shall use the Application at their own risks. This mobile Application is not a substitute of professional medical care and counseling, nor can it form the basis of professional advice and recommendations. It is the responsibility of the User of the Application to interpret and utilize what is read therein. The Service Provider does not take any responsibility for any damages and disadvantages arising from the use of the Application. If you have any questions or complaints, please consult your doctor.
Please note that the Lucy application does not provide a password reminder in case of a forgotten password.
If the Application contains links to other websites or information provided by third parties, those links are for informational purposes only and shall not be construed as implying that the Service Provider has approved or otherwise has control over such information and is not responsible for their accuracy or up-to-date status.
The Service Provider is not responsible for the accuracy and veracity of the data provided by the User, and the User is obliged to provide the information and comments provided in the Application in accordance with legal regulations, without the harm of third parties and generally in accordance with ethical standards.
The Service Provider shall not be liable for any data disclosed to unauthorized persons or disclosed in any other way through the loss of the User's mobile or other computer device (telephone, tablet, etc.) or for the data stored on the phone's software or other computer device. The personal data provided to the Service Provider (i.e. other communication) may not be linked to the data recorded in the Application. The Service Provider only collects aggregated, anonymous data on the use of the Application, which is used to monitor the popularity of each feature and to determine future development directions.
The Application, as software and all related trademarks or other intellectual property rights are owned by the creators of the Application only (collectively, “Intellectual Property”). Users shall use the Application with maximum respect of the Intellectual Property rights, and their right of usage is limited only to the intended use of the Application. Intellectual Property includes, but not limited to all software, logos, trademarks, brand names, embedded photographs, sound, text, graphics, databases. Any infringement of the Intellectual Property is prohibited; copying, modifying or to infringe it in any other way, to use it unauthorized, to transfer it, to encumber it, to dispose of it or to misuse it. Violation of these rules will result in the immediate termination of the right to use the Application and taking appropriate legal action against the User or other infringing persons, including any criminal action, by the Service Provider and / or other intellectual property owners.
The Application may be installed and used free of charge after the acceptance of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
The Service Provider is entitled to modify the Terms of Use and the operation of the Application unilaterally, to suspend or terminate the operation of the Application at any time, without prior notice to the Users. The Service Provider may revoke the access to the Application at any time, either for the given User, or more widely or in full without prior notice or warning.
The Service Provider does not take any responsibility for the operation of the Application.

These Terms of Use and any disputes not settled therein shall be governed by Hungarian law.
These Terms of Use are effective 16 April 2020.
